Later, Sam takes the quiz, and tries to guess what an “Oriole” is, while Johnson gets a hat trick by failing to stay above the waist for a single guess. As if all this wasn’t enough, it’s followed by a gripping, tie-breaking game of Rock Paper Scissors.
You’re back! Relief! Kept us in suspense a whole week, you tease…. great show, though – well worth the wait.
Had you Googled “elevensies” you would have seen that Wikipedia declares… “In the United States, elevensies was a custom of a late-morning whiskey break”. Doubt much got done after that! Probably why Prohibition kicked in?
BTW, a marrow is really a large corgette/zuccini, rather than a cucumber. Different texture. Just sayin’! Has a very subtle flavour – delish steamed with sliced onions and fresh herbs.
